Rowing with the Row HX New rowing machine uses over 80% of the muscles in your body, exercising the back, lumbar area, chest, abdomen and quadriceps at the same time.
The training computer is easy to use and intuitive, with a simple display that clearly shows the most important training information and resistance level. Also, the Bluetooth connection means that the rowing machine can be synchronised with rowing and fitness apps.
