General Conditions Club Wivai

General conditions of the loyalty programme “Club Wivai”

FIRST. - What are these general conditions for?

These General Terms and Conditions establish the operation of Club Wivai, which is the loyalty program of Wivai Select Place, S. A. U., with registered office at Gran Vía de les Corts Catalanes, 159; 08014- Barcelona and CIF A-58481730.

Club Wivai is limited to Spain.

SECOND. - Who can be a member of the Club and how do I register?

Individuals over 18 years of age resident in Spain may be members of Club Wivai.

To this end, they will have to:

  • 1. Register as a member of the club through the following link www.wivai.com/beneficios-club the channels that Wivai has available at any time. During the registration process, Wivai will ask the new partner for the necessary registration data. Within 1 month the new member will receive a welcome email to the club.
  • 2. Have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions through the channels that Wivai has available at any time. The updated version of these General Terms and Conditions will be available to all members at any time at the following link: www.wivai.com/terminos-club

In addition, all persons who are holders or beneficiaries of the Wivai card will be members of the Wivai club.

THIRD. - What benefits does the Club have for its members?

Members will be able to enjoy the following benefits:

  • 1. Obtain discounts and gifts on the terms that Wivai will communicate to the members.
  • 2. They will have access to pre-sales and exclusive products for Club members on the terms that Wivai will communicate to the members.

FOURTH. - Does the membership expire?

Membership does not expire.

FIFTH. - How does the withdrawal of the member from the Club occur?

  • 1. The member may request their cancellation at any time through the www.wivai.com/notificacionesclub link or through the channels that Wivai has available at any time. Voluntary withdrawal will result in the deactivation of the member's account and the loss of any advantage that the member may have in his favor.
  • 2. If Wivai decides to cancel the Club, it will notify the members. They may use the benefits in their favor for at least 2 months from the date of notification. The termination of the Club will entail the deactivation of the member's account and the loss of any other advantage that the member may have in his favor.
  • 3. In addition, Wivai may revoke its membership if it detects a breach of these General Terms and Conditions or the commission of fraudulent, irregular, speculative or carried out in bad faith. For example, if the member falsifies the information requested for enrollment, if he/she registers more than once using different email addresses or providing two birth dates, if he/she processes a new enrollment from an existing member to get a restricted benefit to new members, if he/she buys items with the intention of returning them for benefits that do not correspond to him/her, such as an irregularly lower price on one or more items. Revocation will result in the deactivation of the member's account and the loss of any advantage that the member may have in its favor.

SIXTH. - Can a member request the cancellation of the Club's communications?

If a member does not wish to receive further communications from the Club, they may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link that will be included in all Club communications. If the partner clicks on the link, the unsubscribe will be automatic and will apply within the next 24 hours.

SEVENTH. - Who will process the data of the partners?

Co-responsible for processing. If you have registered with Wivai using means of identification provided by CaixaBank, S. A. (“CaixaBank”), if you finance the purchase of the Wivai product by means of a credit transaction with CaixaBank or make the purchase of a product in the form of renting, we will consider you a fully identified customer (“Identified Wivai Customer”) and will apply the following treatments:

  • Processing based on consent: This processing is carried out only if you have given your consent for it.
  • Elaborate profiles and analyses your data to configure a personalized offer of products and services from the CaixaBank Group.
  • To inform you of the commercial offer of products and services of the CaixaBank Group.
  • Transfer your data to companies that are not part of the CaixaBank Group.
  • Processing necessary for the execution of the Contractual Relationships.
  • Treatments required to meet regulatory obligations.
  • Processing based on the legitimate interest of Wivai.

If you register on Wivai without the means described above, as happens in the user registration and the purchase of products and services on the Wivai website, we will consider you an unidentified user (“Wivai User Client”), and will apply certain treatments, detailed in this Privacy Policy.
