Warranty

If you have a problem with your purchased product during the 3 years of the warranty, you can call the manufacturer’s technical support service (see the list here). Before calling, make sure you have your receipt and the product to hand , because it is possible that you will be asked to make some checks on it. You may exercise the warranty in accordance with current legislation. The warranty does not apply if there are any faults caused by negligence, impacts, improper use or tampering, incorrect voltage, poor installation not carried out by the authorised technical support service where appropriate, or materials subject to normal wear and tear. In the case of computer equipment, the warranty will not cover removing viruses, restoring software for this reason or reinstalling the hard disc as a result of deleting the data on it. For incidents justifying use of the warranty, the options of repair, replacement or return of the article will depend on the legally established terms.

This warranty will be voided:

  • If any of its details or those of the proof of purchase are modified, altered or replaced..
  • If either the identifying number or the device guaranteed itself are tampered with or repaired without the knowledge of the technical support service.
