NEO’s Dual Battery is the smart option for motorcyclists looking for longer range, of up to 68 km*. Located under the liftable seat, the two portable lithium-ion batteries are designed to maintain a high level of efficiency for 10,000 km/2 years, and can be charged while on the scooter or can easily be removed and charged at work or at home.

• Removable Yamaha lithium-ion battery: the NEO's is fitted with a single high-density 50.4 V/19.2 Ah lithium-ion battery giving a range of 37km*. The range can be extended by purchasing an optional second battery. Located beneath the dual seat for easy access, the 8 kg battery is designed to maintain a high level of efficiency for 1000 cycles/10,000 km and charging can be carried out with batteries fitted to the scooter or when removed.
